Application Guidelines

To review a request for support,The foundation requires full documentation. The following information is intended to help you in compiling this documentation.

The request for support consists of:

• Project description: Downloadable template (Word format, 370 KB)[1]
• Detailed budget (investment costs, operating costs, and payroll costs, etc.)
• Timeline
• Applicant's articles of association
• Documentation of tax-exempt status or for registration as a nonprofit organization (for applicants with domicile outside of The Netherlands)
• Annual report/financial statements from the previous year
• Certified audit opinion from the previous year
• Certification of applicant, (if available)
• Map of location where project will be implemented (for projects outside of The Netherlands)
• Other enclosures (e.g. photos, maps, blueprints)

The project description should not be more than 15 A4 pages in length.
